So I've recently visited my DA, in a long time I have been really busy IRL so I haven't had much thought of coming here as much and to my Surprise I had a message in my Inbox, At a first glance I was like oh cool, until read the entire message, So I had been asked if a piece of my artwork could be used in a video on Youtube, However this person had already decided to use it and upload the video before I even had a chance to reply. This was sent last month, Now I am all for the fact people MUST ask artists to re-use their art work, but I am against people still assuming that after they message an Artist who is AWOL that they have the rights to then go ahead and use the art piece, this is still not ok. If you ask an artist, give them time to respond first, if they fail to respond you must take this as a no, regardless how much you really like the piece and want to re use it, take into consideration maybe they do not have the time to see messages like this, or just at least have enough

So this is a little rant I have about some recent requests I have had, it annoys the living crap out of me when I spend hours making custom artwork out of inspiration and imagination whenever it hits me to have someone come along and go "oh hey! you make awesome Art, can you make it for me for free [or with online site currency]" I would love to make some profit from my work but it seems these days it's not the case, the extra cash would really help out since I've been struggling to find work for a few years now. So I recently got given some new medications to use, one of which will make me a bit sick and spacy for about 2 weeks, I do have some more ideas on what I would like to draw next but until I can focus a bit better I thought I'd hold off, So my next ideas is to attempt to make a similar styled drawing of my cat like the recent two Dog pictures, it might be a bit tricky to get the colours as she is a tortioseshell cat, but it'd be nice to make one based on her :) Next idea was to use the Wolf line work I made previously and alter it to a OC wolf for myself, I might consider commission work in the future if people like my work but it's tricky b
